The Extra Mile Club (EMC) was created in 2003 to recognize those top fundraisers who “went the extra mile” in their fundraising by raising $1,000 or more. Check out this video on how you can qualify – and while you’re at it, how you can qualify to ride in The Peloton!
While fewer than 40 riders made the EMC the first year out, 689 riders qualified for Extra Mile Club status in 2011! (And while representing just 9% of last year’s riders, EMC members raised 43% of the event’s record-setting $3.2 million – an average of more than $2,000 per rider.)
The Extra Mile Club’s long-term goal is to have 1,000 riders raise $1,000 for patient care and research at Roswell. And we get closer every year! Join us! Turn your dedication, passion, and belief in finding cancer cures into going “the extra mile” for Roswell.
