celebrate with us
The Celebration of Hope kicks off Ride Weekend!
It’s a rally to end cancer and a tribute to all those for whom we ride in honor and in memory of on Ride Day. The Celebration of Hope offers something for your whole family.
Celebration of Hope Schedule:
Dinner, beer garden and the MAC band begin
Live look at Peloton send-off from Roswell Park
Dinner and MAC band ends, Peloton arrives at UB, procession begins
Beer garden closes
Here are just a few of the great things we have planned for 2021:
Procession of Roswell Park doctors, nurses, researchers, patients and survivors representing several cancers.
The arrival of the Peloton – a group of Extra Mile Club members who have each raised more than $2,500.
The ceremonial lighting of the Ride for Roswell Torch.
The chance to learn more about the cutting-edge research being funded at Roswell Park thanks to the generous support of the Ride community.
Food, drinks and a beer & wine garden.
The Celebration of Hope will honor the collective spirit of Roswell Park!
It reminds us that by committing to being a part of the Ride for Roswell, we’re raising funds to accelerate groundbreaking cancer research that could save lives at Roswell Park.
The event is free to attend and open to the entire community, so invite your family, friends, teammates and donors. Extra Mile Club members will receive a free dinner. All other attendees can enjoy dinner and drinks for a small fee.
Due to recent changes in local guidelines, masks will be required when possible while on UB’s campus. It may be removed when riding, eating and drinking. Please bring a mask with you or the Ride team will have masks when you arrive.
