History of the Ride.

The Ride for Roswell started out as an idea from one passionate volunteer.

It all started in 1996.

Mitch Flynn wanted to create a way for the entire Western New York community to take part in the fight against cancer.

The first Ride was the start of a life-changing annual gathering that has become one of the largest charity cycling events in North America. Since the inaugural Ride in 1996, the event has grown from offering three routes to nine, introduced an international experience throughout Canada, added a pre-ride rally with the Celebration of Hope and increased its fundraising total year after year!
